Please make sure your delivery address is correct at time of checkout as once your order has been despatched the delivery address cannot be changed. If your parcel is returned as the wrong address was given we can either resend which will require you to pay for re-delivery or i can issue you with a refund (excluding postage).

Please note : If delivery was attempted and you are not available to take in your parcel you can either collect from your local sorting office or rearrange delivery via the Royal Mail website online, otherwise it will be returned to us after 18 days. If your order has been returned to us, resending your parcel will require you to pay for re-delivery which can be arranged via email.

Orders usually take around 3-5 days to process excluding weekends and Bank Holidays.

These delivery times are an estimate and cannot guarantee them due to Local Delivery Services, Peak Seasons and Bank Holidays. Actual delivery time will also depend on the delivery method sent.

Bespoke furniture, Mirrors + Lighting

Delivery times for furniture, lighting and mirrors are up to 2 weeks processing + delivery times, as these are sent direct from the manufacturers. Please ensure you give the correct delivery address including mobile number and email for contact during delivery, especially with larger items as the courier company may need to arrange a date for delivery before hand.
