RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
I Gladly except returns, exchanges and cancellations
Please contact me via email before returning products.
Contact me within: 14 days of delivery of receiving goods
Send items back within: 14 days of contact
Your items will be refunded within 7 days after return
Request a cancellation within: 24 hours of purchase and before processing has started.
If you want to cancel your order but your parcel has already been posted you must decline the parcel when it arrives and return to sender, a refund (excluding postage) will only be given once your order has been returned in it's original packaging and condition (unused and undamaged).
Conditions of Returns
Buyers are responsible for return postage costs, unless received damaged.
If the item is not returned in its original saleable condition and packaging, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
In the unfortunate event that your parcel was received damaged in the post please contact us within 2 days as with details and photographic evidence of the product AND packaging to enable me to put in a claim with the courier company. This will also help establish how this happened and prevent further damaged orders in the future. A full refund will be given or a replacement if possible will be sent.
The following orders cannot be returned or exchanged
Bespoke Furniture - All bespoke, made to measure or special order furniture items cannot
be returned or exchanged (unless faulty) due to being made and shipped direct from the
manufacturers. Any furniture items that are non-returnable will be stated within the item description. Please take note of the sizing of the furniture and be sure to measure your room space before ordering and not forgetting the entrance to which the piece needs to be carried through into your home.
